The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors or users of the Elite Laser Aesthetics website – www.elitelaser.ie (the Site). By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Ownership of Rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website, are owned by or licensed to Elite Laser Aesthetics. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
Eligibility
In order to make a purchase through the Site, or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our website, you may be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address. Should any of your registration information change in future, you are required to amend your personal online account. We may change the registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Ordering Errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Confirm Order’ on the Shopping Basket page of our ordering process.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us quoting your order number. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods; Visa, MasterCard, Laser and Switch. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. You confirm that the credit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Elite Laser Aesthetics, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us, and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you.
Elite Laser Aesthetics uses Stripe to process all card payments. Stripe is a leading payment service provider and complies with all the PCI DSS. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a worldwide information security standard which dictates how sensitive details such as credit card numbers should be handled, stored and transmitted.
Delivery
Delivery is only available in the Republic of Ireland. We use An Post for delivery. We offer free delivery for any orders over €100.00. Any order under €100.00 will incur a delivery charge of €5.00. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your order. We will email you once your order is received and again when it is dispatched.

Returns
All returns must be made 14 days from date of receipt. Items purchased more than 14 days on receipt cannot be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. Products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags etc. attached. Please return to: Elite Laser Aesthetics, Unit 2, Rossdale House, Bishopstown Road, Cork, T12 HH10.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your product for a different product please follow the standard returns policy outlined above. We will process a refund to your card on receipt of your purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item as these are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
The Elite Laser Aesthetics Gift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Card is valid at the Elite Laser Aesthetics clinic for treatments and/or products, and can also be used on our website (elitelaser.ie) for products from our online store.
When paying for treatments or online purchases, simply submit the Gift Card number for payment.
The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card.
No change will be given but the balance can be used for future transactions.
Check your balance at the clinic or online at any time.
Elite Laser Aesthetics are not liable for lost or stolen cards.
